Naila ang suspek nga si alyas “James,” 49 anyos, minyo, usa ka government employee, ug residente sa Barangay Sta. Cruz sa maong siyudad.
Nadakpan ang suspek pinaagi sa Warrant of Arrest tungod sa kasong Rape ubos sa Article 266-A sa Revised Penal Code of the Philippines, nga adunay girekomendang piyansa nga mokabat sa ₱120,000.
