Blancia College Foundation, Inc. (BCFI) – College of Nursing proudly celebrates a historic milestone as Gelivie Basibasi, a provincial government scholar of Zamboanga del Sur, secures a Top 10 spot in the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE) November 2025, earning an outstanding 92% rating.
Gelivie’s achievement marks the first-ever topnotcher in BCFI’s history, bringing pride to the institution and inspiring current and future nursing students to strive for excellence.
