Nahibal-an nga ang ni-surrender kay usa ka lalaki ug lumulupyo sa Barangay Bagyang, San Miguel, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur ug kini nisalig nga mobalik sa sabakan sa gobyerno tungod sa dakong salig sa pakighinabi sa tribal leader nga si Hon. Datu Jimmy Guinsod.
