The much-awaited Mr. & Ms. Zamboanga Hermosa 2025 pageant lit up the Mayor Vitaliano Agan Coliseum on Saturday, October 4, bringing together the city’s brightest and most talented people as part of this year’s Zamboanga Hermosa Festival celebrations.
A history in the making, the event stood as a grand showcase of beauty, intelligence, and Zamboangueño’s pride.
The candidates surprised the crowd through their production number with the Baliwasan Senior High School DANZARTEX , Zamboanga Hermosa Festival Attire, swimwear, formal wear, and the question-and-answer portion, embodying elegance and confidence.
At the end of the night, Señorito Raymond Damuag was crowned the first ever Mr. Zamboanga Hermosa 2025, while Señorita Cassandra Montin clinched the Ms. Zamboanga Hermosa 2025 title. The runners-up were as follows:
Mr. & Miss Zamboanga Hermosa 1st Runner-Up: Señorito Carl Perez & Señorita Ashley Fernandez
Mr. & Miss Zamboanga Hermosa 2nd Runner-Up: Señorito Xander Depositario & Señorita Maria Hillary Yamongan
Mr. & Miss Zamboanga Hermosa 3rd Runner-Up: Señorito Chun Yu Lim & Señorita Lady Ann Bunot
Mr. & Miss Zamboanga Hermosa 4th Runner-Up: Señorito Erick Ordinaria & Señorita Yupie Ramos
Special and Minor awards were also given after the presentation of their swimwear.
Present during the event was Honorable City Mayor Khymer Adan T. Olaso, sponsors, representatives from the LGU, and the candidates’ supporters and relatives.
The pageant will continue to be one of the festival’s highlights – a celebration of beauty, intelligence, and heritage of Zamboanga, inspiring the youth to take pride in their identity and embrace their role as ambassadors of Zamboanga’s rich and diverse culture. (Fatima Jubail)
