Gidakop sa mga otoridad ang usa ka Indigenous People (IP) member sa kasong Frustrated Murder sa Purok 6, Barangay Bonifacio, Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte niadtong Pebrero 10, 2026.
Gi-ila ang suspek nga si alyas “Bebe”, 47 anyos, ug gidakop pinaagi sa Warrant of Arrest sa kasong Murder sa 248 Revised Penal Code sa ilalom sa Criminal Case No. 6483 nga ana-ay piyansa nga mokabat sa ₱200,000.
Samtang atol sa gipahigayon nga operasyon, narekober usab sa PNP ang usa ka homemade shotgun nga wala’y serial number, firearm barrel bolt, magazine, mga buhing bala, ug gitoohang shabu ug dugang mag-atubang sa kaso nga Republic Act 10591 o ang Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act ug Republic Act 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
